Prevent multiple instances for launching

Description

Feature request: Check to see if XBMC is already running on launch and silently quit if it is.

I unintentionally started 6 or 7 instances of OSXBMC 0.50b7 today with the Apple remote. I then could not quit with remote.

I've searched and browsed active tickets but I can't find any other tickets on this subject. My apologies if it's already been covered.

Note: 0.5.0b5 is the latest version available on the dropdown and manual entry is not supported.
